Overseas Program Coordinators are international development field workers who act as not just volunteers, but as small-scale project managers as well. With the vision of community development through poverty reduction, they are dispatched to the local offices of Global Civic Sharing for 1 to 3 years, where they conduct community development projects including project planning and implementation, regional surveys, and networking.
